Job Description
Donis Solutions is expanding our footprint and seeking established, high-capacity partners for long-term project stability. We specialize in providing the administrative and financial framework that allows expert teams to scale within major corporate contracts.
Current Project Scope:
**We are looking for dedicated crews for the following immediate needs:
---BAU Aerial Bucket Crews: Reliable business-as-usual (BAU) maintenance and construction.
---SP BAU Aerial Bucket Crews: Specialized service provider support.
---Pole Transfers (PT): Over 1,500 transfers available. These are paid at a Flat Rate + Flat Mobilization Fee.
---Future Pipeline: Access to Enterprise and RDOF (Rural Digital Opportunity Fund) projects.
Note: Crews must demonstrate proficiency and reliability in BAU operations before being eligible for Enterprise or RDOF work.
