The Fiber Splicing General Foreman oversees fiber splicing crews and daily field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating manpower and materials, reviewing prints, supervising splicing, testing, and documentation, enforcing safety requirements, and serving as the primary field contact with project management and clients.
