Job Description
For fulfillment you can work as soon as the background and drug test passes,
Sub-contractor for spectrum ,
Must have his own truck.
Pay is production based by every job completed
You will require your own truck must be either of the following, pick up truck, SUV, van or mini van must have a ladder rack on it, since you will be placing a 28 ft fiber glass extension ladder
Areas to be working are in Cincinnati, OH, and surroundings
The role and responsibilities of a Field Technician are:
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Tie workflow to schedule
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test task
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Document processes
Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
Build positive relationships with customers
For drop bury techs we are getting ahead on the process of onboarding, but work won't be available until end of February or beginning of March
