Must understand NEC, OSHA, Local and National pole attachment codes. Self motivated. The ability to assess a telephone pole as to its transfer needs. I.E. identify, all ready necessary items needed to complete transfer, identify construction needs prior to transfer etc... Draw complicated transfers to better support Linemen
