Strong Supervisory Skills to lead teams effectively and ensure project alignment. Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control to manage costs and schedules effectively. Advanced knowledge in Construction Safety and Construction processes to ensure safe and efficient project execution. Relevant experience and understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements are highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with teams and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Construction Manager based in the Greater Chicago Area.
