Drill operators and/or locators must have prior knowledge and experience on using the proper equipment in the requested position. For labor hands, experience is a plus, but not required as long as you are motivated, dedicated, and willing to learn the job.

Must have own transportation to get to and from job worksites. Must be motivated and willing to work an average of 5 days a week. The directional drill and locator will be provided.

This job will be for new underground construction for telecommunications in Fort Worth, Rowlett, and Frisco areas to start. Other locations may be needed as work progresses.

We are looking to fill several positions in the underground construction industry. The positions range from drill operators, locators, and labor hands to assist in the various tasks needed in order to keep the day to day operations moving. All major equipment will be provided, we just need the hands to operate it. However, you must have your own transportation to get to the work sites.

Labor hand duties can vary from installing pedestals, flower pots, hand holes, distribution cabinets, pot holing, and placing fiber. Labor hands can expect to use shovels, mini excavators, and vacuum excavators for the various tasks needs.

Operators will be responsible for directional drilling and locators will be responsible for locating. Operators and locators must be able to work as a team. Other tasks may be needed from time to time from operators and locators.
