The technician is responsible for installing services, troubleshooting issues, and educating customers on how to use the installed services.

Cable installation, wiring, Valid Driver's license, Pass a nationwide background check and drug screening, Must be able to lift 80lbs, Work a flexible schedule that might include nights and weekends, Able to work in all outdoor conditions

We are seeking skilled Cable Installation Technicians (1099 contractors) to perform new installs (90% of work), fiber fusion splicing, and customer setup/troubleshooting. Techs are expected to complete 2–4 jobs/day depending on skill level and job flow.

This is a high-demand market with consistent work. The average paycheck is $2,000+ weekly with no earning cap. Work is year-round and supported by local warehouses.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must be able to climb and carry a 28 ft ladder
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Social Security Number + Work Authorization (if required)
Must pass drug test and background check before training

Compensation
1099 position – pay per job
Average: $2,000+/week (3–6 jobs/day depending on experience & season)
Weekly pay with a 3-week hold (first paycheck after 3 weeks, then paid weekly)

Chargebacks may apply for QC fails, damages, or non-compliance
