Minimum 3 years of commercial fiber installation and fusion splicing experience required for the Lead Installer position. Must have a solid understanding of fiber optic networks.

Must be able to pass 50-state background check and pre-employment drug screen. No felonies, DUI's, or excessive driving record problems. Must be willing and able to work at elevated heights on ladders and lifts. Must be able to lift and carry 50# in the course of the job. This position will deal with high-priority customers, you must be professional, presentable and have strong customer relations skills.

2 positions available. Seeking experienced installer and Lead Installer for commercial ISP work installing multi-count fiber from A to B within same building/complex. Installs cover all possible indoor commercial scenarios; office, retail, warehouse, etc. Scope of work varies widely from job-to-job, you must be adaptable and ready to work and solve problems. Light fusion splicing is required on each job, nothing complicated. Must be comfortable with computer-based job scheduling and reporting. Strong, positive communication skills are absolutely critical for this role.

Initially, the Lead Installer position will supervise one other installer, but that will increase as the project develops.

This is a full-time, year-round, long term position for the right person. We are looking for someone to grow this line of business with us.
