We are actively looking for Telecommunications Underground Laborers for our San Antonio, TX location.

Position Overview:
As an Underground Laborer for B Robinson LLC, you play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground telecommunications infrastructure.
This is an Hourly Non-Exempt position that reports to the Underground Foreman.

What you’ll have:
Maintain a valid driver's license.
Submit daily deliverables and production reports.
Set up and maintain a safe working environment with proper PPE.
Arrive on time and limit unexcused absences.
Keep work areas, trucks, equipment, tools, and offices clean and organized.
Collaborate effectively with coworkers, vendors, and customers.
Manage time efficiently to ensure productivity.
Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
Communicate technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Fuel trucks/equipment as required and maintain physical stamina for demanding tasks.

What you’ll do:
Consistently meet customer requirements for quality, timeliness, and documentation.
Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
Represent the company professionally in all interactions, maintaining a professional appearance.
Protect company assets, including equipment, vehicles, tools, and materials, at job sites and the office/warehouse.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations (OSHA, NESC).
Ensure high-quality work meets company standards and customer specifications.
Participate in safety training and promptly report potential hazards.
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground telecommunications infrastructure.
Collaborate with crew members, supervisors, and other teams to achieve project goals.
Perform trenching, excavation, cable pulling, and the installation of conduits, cables, and equipment.
Utilize tools and equipment efficiently and safely for construction tasks.
Submit required documentation, including daily reports, timesheets, receipts, and project photos.
Maintain and care for company vehicles and construction equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and inspections.
Be available for on-call duties and demonstrate flexibility with work hours as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
