Qualifications
Supervise & coordinate multiple aerial & underground construction crews. Ensure project are completed on time, within budget & meet quality standards. Provide on-site leadership, training & support to field techs. Conduct on-site inspections, enforce safety regulations & ensure compliance with OSHA & company policies. Communicate with project managers. Read and interpret engineering plans. Trouble shoot & resolve construction related challenges. Maintain accurate documentation including reports.
Other Requirements
Minimum 2-4 yrs in aerial/underground telecommunications construction experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory roles. Strong leadership & team management abilities. Expertise in fiber and coax U/G& aerial experience. Proficiency in operation & overseeing telecommunications equipment. Problem solving & communications skills. Preferred but not required, OSHA 10/30, CDL, First aid/CPR. Ability to lift 50+ LBS work at heights & perform physically demanding tasks..
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aerial/Underground Telecommunications Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our field crews on various telecommunications projects. This role requires frequent travel to project sites, ensuring that aerial and underground fiber optic and coax construction is completed efficiently, safely, and according to company and client standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of telecommunications construction, and a commitment to safety and quality. Willingness to travel nationwide for extended stays.
