Job Description
-Provide high levels of customer service to all customers and business partners.
-Plan installations by evaluating locations, locating appropriate access, laying out equipment, and following wiring plans.
-Ability to install and/or repair cable/Fiber TV/, High-Speed Data or Digital Services inside and outside of residential and commercial buildings.
-Perform upgrades, downgrades, pre-wiring and dwelling installations.
Install drops, outlets, converters, cable modems, digital terminals and other cable system devices.
-Self QC send pictures via text.
-Measure, record, and determine cable signals/Light levels.
Troubleshoot existing services and elevate installations based on quality control standards.
-Maintain, secure and account for equipment inventories.
Prepare regular, accurate, legible, and timely cable system records.
Accurately educate customers on the use and functions of their services.
-Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety practices.
-Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors and peers.
