W2 Ground hands needed

Preferably any type of telecommunication experience

Must be able to pass background check and drug test along with motor vehicle records check. Must have the ability to gain DOT medical card

Looking for a couple groundhands to round out an additional aerial crew. Some travel can be expected depending on local work volume. Currently have plenty of work in the Reading, PA market/Northern PA in and around the Poconos/Lancaster area. Must be able to work with a team, show up on time, work safely and be prepared for long hours.
Duties include but not limited to, pulling fiber through conduit, figure 8 fiber, pull lasher, stock trucks, read/redline prints. Take direction from lineman/foreman.
