Job Description
• Contractor will perform the services listed below for C.I Services:
• All work will be sent to contractor by C.I. Services
• The Contractor to provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the work listed in the Scope of Services.
• All materials will be provided by C.I. Services and stored at our local yard for you.
• The Contractor to place all flags and door hangers prior to the start of the project.
• The Contractor will be responsible for calling Pennsylvania One Call locates to mark out any/all utilities in the area. The door hanger will help in alerting the homeowner to inform us of any private utilities they may have i.e. dog fence, septic tank or lighting electrical that will not be cover by the USIC locate
• The Contractor responsible for all restoration work as well as photos of all work areas before, during and the after the project.
• The Pictures that are required for every drop are as follows,
1. Photo of the home with the address visible.
2. Photo of the pathway before work is started.
3. Photo of the 20’ coil at the NID.
4. Photo or the sequential of this coil
5. Photo of the 20' coil at the PED or Pole
6. Photo of the sequential of this coil
7. Photo of the pathway after the drop placement.
• The Contractor is to direct bury fiber from the closest pedestal to current customers.
• The Contractor is to install fiber with a minimum 12”-to-18” of cover.
• The Contractor is to leave 20’ fiber coils at both the pedestal and residential locations.
• The Contractor to provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the work listed in the Scope of Services.
