Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work independently and collaborate with a team, strong time management and organizational skills, demonstrate s an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.

Background check, drug screen, and MVR will be conducted. A valid driver's license and travel are required for this position within specific marker areas.

Inspectors are responsible for inspecting systems, job sites and materials to ensure the work meets quality standards, codes, and design. Responsible for timely reporting and tracking of potential problems. Additional duties include:

Attend pre-planning meetings
Evaluate plans and specifications to ensure conformance with regulations
Conduct field inspections of site and materials
Report violations to appropriate supervisor
Maintain inspection records and documentation
All other duties as assigned
