Extensive Travel Splicers Needed

We require at least 5 years of splicing experience, with a preference for candidates who have extensive troubleshooting skills and ribbon splice capability. Capable of butt splicing, ring cuts to splice, splitters, etc. and testing upon completion (using both SB and OTDR methods is essential). Detailed work documentation is a must. Ability to think/work with deviations from as-built plans. Must have at least 28-foot ladder. Extra compensation for those with a bucket truck.

Applicants must be willing to travel to work area on your own. Some tasks may go beyond typical splicing duties, such as pulling fiber, digging to place pedestals, or completing related tasks. Our goal is to overcome challenges and deliver for our clients, so flexibility, quality, and dedication are essential.

This job is ideal for an experienced (solo/small independent team) fiber splicer(s) willing to travel and work beyond an 8-hour day when needed. Many projects come with tight deadlines and a sense of urgency, so we’re looking for someone skilled in problem-solving who can handle challenges with support from our supervisors and network engineers. This role is more than just routine splicing; it requires thoughtful, quality work.
