Qualifications
Must be an experienced Fiber Technician for Residential installations. Must have ladder w/hooks, tools and safety equipment.
Other Requirements
Must have WHITE truck and or van capable of carrying extension ladder. Must be able to show up with a positive attitude, Customer satisfaction skills are a must - Jobs must be closed with PASSING PHT, XM Meter uploads performed with a persistent push with driving NPS surveys for customers.
Job Description
These are permanent Fiber fulfillment & drop routes. There is no slow down in this area. Fibe/drop installations for mainly residential work in the Kansas City, MO & Bellevue, NE and surrounding cities.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations
• Identify and locate unmarked utilities
• Must convey a positive and professional appearance and demeanor when communicating the company's products and services to our customers
• Accountability/dependability (must be on time and at work on scheduled days)
• Review all requested and existing services with the customer before installation of new lines
