The Fiber Installation Equipment - Experience in running lines from the pole to the house - Proficient in indoor fiber insulation- Great customer service! - Previous excavation or construction experience preferred. Strong understanding of safety practices in trenching and excavation. - Ability to work as part of a team. Will train the right individuals

Job Description
We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our Fiber, Coaxial and Excavation team for our larger projects. The projects will involve Splicing Fiber, mechanical splicing , installation, Fiber and Coaxial lines termination. Fiber and cable burying consist of burying the cables boring or digging trenches.
Qualifications: ( IMPORTANT)
- Truck, Van, SUV, certain ears require vehicle to be white
- The Fiber Installation Equipment
- Ability to Splice Fiber or Mechanical splice but can train
- Experience in running lines from the pole to the house
- Proficient in indoor fiber insulation
- Great customer service!
- Previous excavation or construction experience preferred.
- Proficiency in building retaining walls and understanding of civil construction techniques.
- Strong understanding of safety practices in trenching and excavation.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor conditions.
- Reliable and punctual.
