Position Summary:
As a Cable TV System Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting our HFC and Fiber Optic networks. The ideal candidate will bring comprehensive technical knowledge in Coaxial Splicing, Fiber Optic Splicing, electronics balancing, and node troubleshooting and balancing.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting on HFC and Fiber Optic plant infrastructure.
Perform Coaxial Splicing with precision and ensure electronics balancing.
Execute Fiber Optic Splicing and Testing, ensuring network reliability.
Troubleshoot and balance Fiber Optic Nodes to maintain network stability.
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance system performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintaining HFC and Fiber Optic plant systems.
Skilled in Coaxial Splicing, electronics balancing, and troubleshooting.
Extensive experience in Fiber Optic Splicing and Testing.
Experience in Fiber Optic Node troubleshooting and balancing.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
