Job Description:

Lantech Communications is seeking skilled and reliable Drop Bury Technicians and Subcontractors to work in the northwest and southwest suburbs of Chicago. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for burying underground cables for residential and commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians looking to maximize their earnings.

Responsibilities:

• Bury fiber optic, coaxial, or other cables underground
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and client specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Provide daily reports on job progress and completion

Requirements:

• Must have your own tools and equipment for cable burying
• Ability to complete 5-10 drops per day
• Must pass a drug test and background check
• Reliable transportation
• Previous experience in drop burying or similar telecom work is preferred
