Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to safety-first practices. Valid drivers license, background check, drug test required.

Job Description

Taro Communications is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Construction Supervisor to help lead our construction efforts on the Ziply Fiber Project in Marysville, Washington and surrounding areas. We are looking for a motivated professional to supervise our construction crews in the field. 75% of this job will be IN THE FIELD, 25% in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of fiber-to-the-home construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion within budget.

Team Leadership: Supervise and support construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers by providing clear directives, training, and enforcing safety protocols.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction is carried out in compliance with industry standards and company guidelines, maintaining the highest level of quality control throughout the project.

Coordination and Communication: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of project plans, resources, and timelines.

Inventory and Resource Management: Manage materials, tools, and equipment inventory to ensure sufficient supply and availability for the project.

Problem-Solving: Identify, assess, and resolve construction-related issues swiftly to minimize disruptions and project delays.

Compliance and Safety: Monitor compliance with local regulations and standards, health and safety guidelines, and industry best practices.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for management review.
