Minimum 2 years of cable or telecommunications industry experience.
Other Requirements
Valid Drivers License speak Spanish is a plus. Provide great leadership and communication skills with teammates and customers.
Job Description
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors.
Schedule and coordinate construction crews and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections and quality control assessments.
Resolve conflicts or disputes that arise during construction.
Monitor and control project budgets and expenses.
Collaborate with municipalities and customers.
Maintain accurate daily records of production and activity.
Enforce company policies and procedures.
Must be able to do computer redlines, and handle scheduling and job management of assigned jobs.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Problem-solving abilities.
Diploma or degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
A valid driver's license Class C or CDL a plus.
