Looking for Fiber Splicer. Knoxville, TN with own tools and bucket. Bucket is necessary.

Some of the splicing will be done in the air. 12ct, 48ct and 144ct the most. All the air splicing will be bucket truck accessible, places where you can not get with the bucket, they usually leave you enough coil to have you splice on the ground. I am not the prime, independent contractors are welcome. looking for 2,3 splicer.
