Starts
Training starts as soon as all pre employment screenings are complete, usually 5-7 business days. Training can last anywhere from 1-6 weeks before starting individual route, depending on experience.
Pay
Hourly wage depends on experience. Inexperienced techs start at $18 an hour during training and may receive periodic tier raises based on performance.
Qualifications
Ability to travel and work outdoors in all terrains and weather conditions, perform near power lines and electricity, be exposed to dust, pests, plants, and noise, maintain below the maximum weight limitations for safety equipment, carry, climb, operate, and work on ladders, use measuring devices, differentiate between sizes and colors of wiring, communicate with customers, lift 50-80 lbs., work in confined spaces
Other Requirements
Ensure all issued equipment is in good working condition, follow all safety protocols and company policies, complete all assigned work precisely and in a timely manner, keep accurate records, time management, collaborate with other departments and excellent customer service is a must.

You will work independently inside and outside of customer's homes to install products and services or troubleshoot reported issues with speed and precision. As a contractor of digital telephone, video, high speed internet, and wireless networking, we are looking to hire employees with a strong focus on detail and excellent customer service skills to join our cutting-edge team of Installation and Service Technicians for residential and commercial customers. We provide on-site training with a supportive team of experienced Technicians and Supervisors.
