Job Description
The Project Manager – Fulfillment oversees the day-to-day operations/progress of projects, ensuring that all phases of the work are coordinated effectively to ensure projects are performing on time and adhering to quality standards. Acts as a liaison between the client and project team members regarding changes or problems. Coordinates all direct communication with client and contractors
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience. Requires 1+ years of Telecommunications installation experience, in progressive leadership positions. Aerial fiber drop installation experience preffered. Working proficiency with MS office and Outlook required.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, sit
• Ability to use hands to handle or feet
• Ability to reach with hands and arms
• Ability to climb and balance
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Ability to maintain all safety expectations
• Ability to drive covered vehicle

Responsibilities:
Oversees all local operations in the assigned market, including supervision of employees and contractors to organize and ensure quality of work (aerial and underground), as well as in-home installations.
Coordinates project resources and tracks project progress against established timelines and schedules
Tracks project progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators and prepares and delivers reports to management.
Acts as a liaison between the client and project team members regarding changes or problems
Selects, negotiates with, and coordinates the work of vendors, contractors, or sub-contractors.
Monitors and ensures quality of program deliverables.
Works with core team and key field resources to develop and monitor deployment schedule, strategies and tools to support the implementation of programs in the field
