Previous experience as a telecommunications technician. Must have valid driver's license. Available to work nights, weekends and on-call shifts as needed.

What you’ll do…
You will troubleshoot and identify issues with existing fiber optic wiring during service calls
You will locate and dig to identify existing cable.
You will repair or replace cable
You will splice fiber optic cable
You will perform any restoration after digging
You will greet & treat customers with respect
You will review all requested services with the customer
You will interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner at all times
You will communicate with the supervisor and dispatch regarding work status.
