must have minimum of 5 years of being a supervisor/manager. Must be able to work in a office environment, and in the field. Must be able to manage 5-6 crews each day. Must be able to handle all of miss utility, and walkouts with customers
Job Description
We are looking to add another field/office manager to our team. Working day to day with ownership on scheduling, and with the guys in the field. we run Vermeer drills,. We are running around 10-15 crews out of this office.. We are looking to expand the dirt division here and looking to add a manager to help with the growth. we are a family owned and operated business, with owners working day to day in the office and field.
Must be able to speak English and Spanish,
Must relocate to Indiana after 90 day's and know their utility working rules/ regulations.
Must be able to do computer redlines, and handle scheduling and job management of a pile of work,
Team player, able to work with existing management, and all work together.
