Must have at least 3-5 years experience with splicing (coax & fiber), commercial & residential buried drop experience (Documentable). Experience with boring road ways, driveways, sidewalks. Must have good work ethic, dependable, and motivation for success. If you are not serious about building, growing and being successful don't waste your time. Must have tools for the job. Trencher/plow will be provided but if you have a trencher/plow that is a plus. All hand tools associated with doing buried drops, tester, reel, truck with ladder etc.

This is a employee ownership/percentage based position. The right candidate will be given a percentage of all profits in the buried drop income, also an hourly wage of $30 per hour. The responsibilities include managing the first crew, training crew members, maintaining the daily quota, provide site safety instructions, build crews to assist in the expansion of buried drop business, advise on process and accomplishment of goals. Operate buried drop equipment and all tools necessary to accomplish daily job.
