Job Description
We are looking for a motivated person to join our team to be our Data Analyst. Send us your resume. No resume, it’s okay, you can come by and apply in person. Accepting applications on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8am to 3pm. (11218 Limestone Driver #4, Balch Springs, Texas. Entrance is off Peachtree next door to Paul’s Automotive). Data Analyst
Monday –Friday, 7am- 4pm, Balch Springs area. $18 DOE, Start ASAP, Dress Code, Casual.
Duties:
Collect information from Workzone (will be trained) to complete weekly report to our customers.
Update all financial report and submit to corporate.
Update a weekly report to Corporate of who is not complying with policies.
Update Corporate when we are not on target to close out jobs and meet our financial numbers.
Weekly conference call and document updates and send to Corporate.
Sending daily notifiers of new jobs being awarded.
Uploading emails in to Workzone for our record.
And any other duties deemed by supervisor.
They will report to our VP and be at computer 90% of the time.
Experience is a must:
Computer experience (Excel(proficient), Word, PDF, Outlook)
Phone experience
Customer Service Skills
Time management Skills
Multi Task
Works well under pressure
Meeting Deadlines
Decision making and judgement skills
Detail Orientated
Able to keep sensitive information confidential at all times.
Reading construction blue prints (underground/aerial) is a plus
Workzone Software (will train)
