Looking for Foremen/Sr. Linemen - Truck Leads

Serious individuals to lead and manage their own company supplied truck, equipment, and crew. Minimum of 5 years fiber construction experience. Coax construction and splicing a plus for certain markets. Must be motivated, responsible, and self starters that can manage yourself and your operation. Experience reading prints, working with iPads, documenting, tracking maintenance of equipment, crews, tools, project status, and timelines.

Must have clean driving record, pass background check, and drug test. Must have your own hand tools and climbing gear. Will be required to operate independently at times, and communicate on a regular basis for progress and updates.

Pay is production, and W2. We have nice equipment, and can provide quality temporary lodging. If you are trying to operate independently and build your own success, this is a great place to start. Only candidates that are serious about building their brand, and growing will be considered. You will be treated fairly and honestly, and the same is expected in return.
