Job Description

The construction coordinator will assist the general manager in managing day to day operations. Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
Receive and record job status and updates in job tracking software (We will train you to use this)
Perform site walkouts with Spectrum's coordinators when necessary.
Manage contractors/subcontractors for construction of outside plant infrastructure.
Review proposed construction plans to ensure accuracy of cost and materials.
Assists in completing paperwork and billing documents for turn in.
Strong computer skills are a must. (Microsoft Office, Email, PDFs)
Previous experience in CATV construction and the ability to read coax prints are a plus, but we are willing to train the right energetic individual.
Be at the office every morning @ 7am (22nd Ave N in St. Petersburg)
Schedule is 7am to 4pm M-F with a 1 hour lunch
