High school diploma or equivalent, and at least one (1) year industry experience as a technician. Experience with Comcast products preferred.
Job Description
A Quality Control Technician is responsible for maintaining quality assurance processes, ensure the quality and reliability of installations. They are also responsible for recording and analyzing results to identify areas of improvement of employees and processes
Responsibilities:
Inspect the work performed by field technicians for accuracy and completion
Ensure all installation work is done according to quality standards, including safety.
Document inspection results according to established pass/fail criteria.
Grade each job and report all findings to local leadership
Conduct thorough inspections of cable assemblies, components, and installations.
Verify that work complies with industry standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
Identify any defects, discrepancies, or deviations from quality requirements
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend corrective actions.
