Responsibilities:
COAX Network Construction: Lead and manage the construction of COAX (coaxial cable) networks, overseeing the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of cable systems.
Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate a specialized COAX construction team, including technicians, field engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient deployment and execution of projects.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of COAX network infrastructure, cable splicing, signal testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans specifically tailored to COAX network construction, outlining timelines, resource requirements, and milestones.
Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, optimize resource allocation and cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards in COAX network installations.
Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures for COAX installations, adhering to industry standards and specifications.
Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols related to COAX construction activities, conducting regular safety audits, and promptly addressing any safety concerns.
Client Interaction: Effectively communicate with clients, addressing their COAX network requirements, providing updates, and resolving any issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Technology Integration: Stay updated on advancements in COAX technology and industry best practices, incorporating innovations into construction methodologies.
