Qualifications
Must be able to work six days with an average of 60 hours per week; including weekends. Pass a national criminal background check, have a valid driver’s license and pass a drug screen. Must have the proper training to install and troubleshoot video, data and voice services. Must maintain liability insurance during the length of the contract.
Other Requirements
Must have at the start of the contract a vehicle, hand tools, specialty tools, test equipment, Android Smartphone, safety equipment and ladders. The vehicle(s) must be a newer or late model utility van or pick-up truck.
Job Description
*Install, program, and calibrate cable equipment
*Verify TV, internet, and phone systems for correct functionality
*Troubleshoot cable wiring, splitter configuration, and cable plant levels
*Enhance customer experience by delivering exceptional customer service
*Ensure quality of each job is performed to company standard
*Notate installation, service, and repairs
*Educate customers on all services and equipment installed
