I am new to this site. I am attending college and have to write a research paper. I am doing my paper on ways to avoid corrosion of cable splices. I ask for the help of the people on this list. I would like some pictures of bad splices that weren’t protected correctly, and if you could give an estimated time the splice was in the field. I would also like suggestion on the proper way to seal a splice and why.
