This goes out to everyone concerned with the Charter folks. . . They very simply had gone right through their first quarter monies and have no more funds available for the second quarter. So for one, they shut down all production (for the most part) to stop their immediate overhead. For two, it now lets them buy time for the second quarter to arrive so they can get their hands on the second quarter capital. There is a little more to it than that, but not much. The reason for all of the re-vamping in the management is because non of their managers were paying close attention to this and Mr. Allen doesn't play that game.
Hope this helps everyone. No concern . . . . second quarter they will have to work harder to make up for lost time. No worries.
Signed,
Former Corporate guy now in the contracting game.
