Don't look for anyone out of St Louis to change anything. The same thing is going on there. Their number one prime is a pathetic bunch of losers. Their work sucks, but they keep handing it out to them like they are the only option they have. Quality seems to mean nothing to the poeple in charge. I haven't seen any cash change hands, but there are condo's and fishing trips for anyone with the authority to hand out PO's. But, i hear Charter has passed out forms to their employee's for them to report any crooked business pratices they might witness. Maybe the people in the ivory towers are starting to wonder. It's kind of late know though, they have spent a ton of money and have nothing to show for it. Especially in the St Louis area, most of the system looks like kids built it and it works about the same way.
