A Sweep Tech! Make me an offer I can refuse!

I'm a 38 yr old married Wavetek certified Sweep tech. 23 yrs in the CATV industry. 5yrs splicing & 3 yrs sweeping (forward & Reverse). CLI repair is a specialty.
Own my own Stealthtrak, stealthware, laptop, and tools. Have my own pickup with spanladder and gaffs BUT would rather have a bucket truck (close to new) no junk accepted!
Will sub-contract (with a sub-lease on bucket) or inhouse!
Company must provide the hotel expense (while I move my home (60-90 days) and provide motel when I travel from home base.
Must "live" on the west: Colo., AZ., MT..etc. Will travel from home base.
I'm sure there more but, we can talk it out.
