I am an ex winn caribe employee from about 3 years ago, and this site is looking pretty bad as for their reputation.
what the f#$k has been going on.
as far as i can recall for an inhouse employee, as long as work your ass off, your job is secure, but slacker keep walking, cause someone from no matter where their from will run you out. Contracting i have no idea.
