Thanks Joe50 and Baja Ed. Yes, many things are unfortunately overlooked in the external plant. When the stuff that we look at as logical (on paper) is not in the field, we must go "back to basics", educated guesses and good old "common sense". Stuff really does happen for a reason...just like that old Cable Gremlin...lol.
