IT WILL NO LONGER WORK. You can get it to work by changing it like so:
http://cabl.com/a.aspx?id=99999code=BLAHBLAHBLAH
OR JUST FORWARD THE ORIGINAL EMAIL TO (-REDACTED-) AND I WILL ACTIVATE IT
