Does anyone plan to return to St Louis this year? Rumor has it that Charter is putting the squease on a few of the small contractors to cut rates, and have succeeded with a few of them. The reason for this they say is their skyrocketing cost. I guess our cost for trucks, fuel, insurance, mean and tools is declining. Oh well just a rambling thought as i sit here making out check to insurance company.
