Where's Lacy Hamilton, Jim & Chris Dearden?

Any one seen Lacy around? I worked for him down in Ga years ago, I trained his son Dale to splice, was talking to a friend from Ga the other day and Lacy came into the conversation and I just wondered if he was still in CATV? Any one know where the Dearden brothers are? Worked with them in Dallas, would like to get hold of them also.
