I started seeing a slowdown about a week before the change, There is nothing much going on in the industry and allot of folks have gotten out of the industry. I myself am hoping things pick up soon. All the company's are either being investigated for fraud or going bankrupt and the companies that were going to do work have it all on hold to see what happens with the possibility of war and the volatility in the telecommunications industry. The don't want to spend any money incase there stocks go to hell.
