when you sign an agreement with someone, and they fullfill their part of the bargin, you should fulfill your part of the bargin. thats the problem with this industry. if you want to sub to people, then tell them up front, you get paid, when i get paid. then see if you can get anybody to work for you. your problems are not my problems. so, if you want to be a big dawg, you need to take care of the little dawgs, or get back on the porch!!!
