Re: Mr Gruff's courteous response , thank you

By: Jason MacNaughton ( (-REDACTED-) )

Dear Mr.Gruff

I am very grateful to you for the recent call you have just recently made for me. Just when I had believed all hope was lost you came to the rescue and cleared everything up. I had been grossly mistaken as to your company and its actions and for that I apologize. I was very stupid and naive for having less patience than was required. I see how damaged lines of communication can lead to disaster. I had been caught in a miscommunication loop that left me in the dark, and my reaction was less than becoming of a Prince Telecom employee. It took a 5 minute call on your part to show me how much you really care about your employee's and even someone as inconsiderate as me. I can completely understand if Prince Telecommunications were to choose to pass on me as a potential worker. Though I now see that it was my lack of patience and understanding that may have cost me the greatest opportunity I was ever presented. Please forgive my rashness and impetuous nature. I hope I can one day have Prince Telecom look at me with respect again.
Thank you
