Where is the work for a decent wage
I have been looking at the postings on the cable bar for the past few months. What is the deal with the prices? Seems like everyone wants you to work for next to nothing. Anyone know where a qualified splicer that does it to specs the first time. I don't have to chase down problems all night, because I don't create them. I have been working with a bunch of hackers that you have to constantly wait on while they track down thier shorts and other problems. I want to work, and work hard, and still get paid enough to cover the insurance, truck & tools, and room and still support my family. Is there anything out there like that anymore or has the cable industry hit rock bottom. Maybe it's time to look for a new profession if thats the case. Anyone have any suggestions or connections?
