Thanks for the great input. This information will be very helpful. We are pulling a straight shot about 1300'. I will try your recommendations today. We have tried using the Chinese fingers and are getting hung up. I think that the diameter of the "fingers" is just a little too big to make it through the couplers. It's either that or there is an obstruction like you suggested. We were able to tie on mule tape to the pull rope and pull it all through without any problem, but the pipe might be kinked just enough so that the fingers wont fit through. I'll let you know what happens.
