RE: "KHS" Consumer complaint......

Dearest "consumer",
Your comments are always welcomed by the cable industry people here.....BUT, your in the wrong place if your expecting your "complaint" to be addressed in your local area.
You must me active in your city council meetings and "write" you complaints to your local cable provider (MSO).
Just my opinion on the matter!
By CED magazine and brush up on what all is happening (progress) in the CATV industry. Investigate what "use to be" and "what is to come" before you make such dirogitory remakes about this industry.
Those of us that have been in this industry for 20 and up years have seen "VAST" progress!
We here in this "Cable Bar" for the most part are the "professional technicians" of the industry. To name a view but not limited to: Contractors, subcontractors, installers, technicians of the field.
I have found that reading the CED magazine has alway kept my insight on this industry very keen!
Please feel free to contact me if you need assistance (info) on anything!
PS I feel that thos that hide behind ficticious names or initials are not really committed to getting resolves!
