What little I know it that the in-house boy's were having such a hard time with working conditions, management and lack of proper equipment, someone finally got fed up contacted a union rep. Over a very short period of time meetings and discussions were held and apparently Adelphia's regional and corporate people were unable to discourage the employee's from voting in favor.
This is a tiny system in Florida but I think that this step will lead to complications for the other Florida holdings as well. Should be interesting to see what the near future holds.
