Complete you need to go back and reread the postings. Peice
work is not going away. Employers just need to pay overtime
as per the law.
subs aren't going away.
the problem is most installers aren't subs to be a sub in most
states you need a state lisense your own ins. and etc. just
because someone gives you a 1099 and calls you a sub is worng
and it's killing our ind. when in doubt call your state
labor board and ask.
